PROCEDURAL ORDER                                                                                                                

 

            The Commission Staff will hold a technical conference on Wednesday, July 24, 2002 at 1:30 p.m.  The purpose of the conference will be to discuss, with representatives of CMP, BHE and MPS, the conservation program fund assessments issued by the Commission in June and the proper accounting treatment, reconciliation and ratemaking treatment for conservation-related collections and expenses that form the basis for those assessments.  Representatives of BHE and MPS may participate by phone.  If BHE and MPS desire to participate by phone, representatives from the utilities should contact Tammy French at the PUC at 287-6075 to make arrangements to do so.  Other interested persons of course are welcome to attend.
